Keynotes | Introductory Sessions | Master Classes

Rosemary is a sought-after international speaker. Her passion and expertise is in all things leadership. Her signature keynotes are in the general territory of ethical, inclusive, equitable, and anti-racist leadership. She offers an alternative lens to western leadership, that centres the Global Majority.

Whether a keynote, introductory presentation, masterclass or a tailored leadership programme; the narratives are intended to uplift, inspire, educate, and bring challenge.

Her presentations are grounded in decades of experience, intellectual rigour, as well as research. She brings a global lens to leadership, seeing it primarily as a collective activity. She is focused on addressing the real challenges facing real leaders in their all-too-real contexts.

Topics include, but are not restricted to:
Global Majority Mindset
Anti-Racism and Decolonisation
System Leadership for Equity
Culturally Competent Leadership
Global Leadership Paradigms in a Technological World

Rosemary has an MBA from UCL in International Educational Leadership and is a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Education, University College London. She is an Associate at Leeds Beckett University and an Associate Fellow at the School of Education at the University of Birmingham.

It is such a pleasure to work with Rosemary Campbell-Stephens, we are enthralled with her professionalism, energy, commitment, and enthusiasm for what we are doing in Hackney around the anti-racist agenda, and our commitment to eradicating systemic racism, and making anti-racism a foundation of our practice. As a council, we have adopted the global majority narrative and Rosemary has helped to bring this to life with her experience, depth of knowledge, and with key pieces of delivery over the year, such as the Hackney anti-racist praxis conference, Global Majority Master-Class, and the stories untold, desert island disc evening. At all these events, Rosemary’s delivery has been phenomenal. Her candid style, humour, and connection with the audience were remarkable and uplifting. To be in Rosemary’s presence is inspirational. As a result of her work, the energy and level of engagement in active and productive feedback here at Hackney have taken our anti-racist work to another level. THANK YOU, Rosemary! You have influenced and continue to impact anti-racist practice in Hackney Children’s and Education Directorate. We look forward to having you back in Hackney next year!
